Every story we send is chosen and crafted with care, meant to be an experience you’ll treasure. If, after the first two letters—or within 30 days—you feel the journey isn’t for you, simply let us know. We’ll return your payment, no questions asked.*

Our storyletters are designed to be experienced in order—each one a chapter you can hold in your hands. If any letter arrives late, goes missing, suffers damage, or never reaches you at all, simply let us know. We will send a replacement at no cost, so your story remains unbroken.

Q: Can I choose a start date?

A: Sure! Use the checkbox above to select a date and we'll do our best to time your delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We send mail all around the world.

Q: What if my letter doesn't arrive?

A: We have a generous 100% receipt policy. We will resend any letter that doesn't arrive within a timely manner so you can experience the entire story.

Q: Are these trackable?

A: Your first letter will include tracking(US). Subsequent letters will ship free but will not have tracking available.

Q: I am ordering this as a gift for someone that doesn't have internet access - can they still fully participate in an Epistolary story?

A: Yes! I do provide some additional content online for each story, but access to the internet is not required to participate in an Epistolary story.

The Story

When Ashford Hollow’s self-crowned Pie Queen dies in a “slip” at the Harvest Festival, retired librarian Constance Willowby smells something off.

She begins mailing observations (and evidence) to a reclusive ex-homicide detective, Arthur Hollander, drawing him—reluctantly—into the town’s tangle of secrets and choir-loft politics. As rumors thicken, Constance’s “book club” letters become a live investigation, one kettle-hot update at a time.

  • Letter #1: Ships in 3 business days via USPS with tracking. Delivery takes 2-5 business days after shipping (5-8 business days total).
  • Letter #2: Sent via regular mail on . Delivery takes within 2 weeks for US orders or 6 weeks for international orders.
  • Remaining Letters: Mailed on 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.

FAQs

The Deluxe Giftbox makes giving storyletters easy. The box contains a code to redeem the prepaid story, Letter 1 of the story, and a Collectable Pen and Letter Opener set, plus a few more gifts from Epistolary. This box allows you to hand deliver your chosen story to the recipient or have it shipped directly to them. When ready, your recipient can activate the code online.

Simply add the story to the cart (be sure to select the letters only), and enter the code into the discount code section. The price will be reduced to 0.00.

After redemption, the recipient falls on a shipment date for the next and subsequent letters. Shipments are the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Redeeming before that Friday will ensure their next letter is sent out with that shipment.

Yes! There is additional content online for some stories, but access to the internet is not required to enjoy them to the fullest!
