We mail using the USPS mail system. Your first letter will ship within 3 business days of your order via USPS with tracking (US orders) and takes 2-7 days to arrive. (An average of 5-8 business days total) Your subsequent letters will following the shipping schedule below, mailing on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. 

Note: Please allow up to 2 weeks from your mailing date for US letters, and 4-6 weeks for international letters. And don't worry, you'll always start the story from the beginning so you're not missing anything!

Letters Only:
The first letter will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and will be enclosed in a cardboard envelope.

It will be shipped within three business days, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 days after shipment within the US (total transit time: 5–8 days).

International orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the letter has been shipped.

Please note that the remaining letters will be sent via regular mail and will not include tracking information.

If you order the collectable box and story together, the first letter will be placed inside the box. It will ship within 1-3 business days with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days after shipping within the U.S.

Total transit time is approximately 5-8 days. International letters have an estimated delivery time of up to 2-6 weeks after shipping.

If the notification is made after this period, the first letter would have already been sent to the former address, so we will resend another letter via First-Class Mail.

Missing Letters

Your first letter will ship in 1-3 business days and delivery will be approximately 2-5 business days after that (5-8 business days in total). I will send USPS tracking information via email upon shipping.

International orders have an estimated delivery time of approximately 2-4 weeks after shipping. Letters are not tracked internationally. All other products will have a tracking number associated.

Remaining letters are sent via regular mail and are mailed on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. Please allow up to 2 weeks for US delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery.

Note: Please take into account any USPS holidays which may extend the date of your letters'/products' arrival.

If you haven't received your letters by the timeline above, I will resend your letter at no additional cost. Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by me or a USPS error will be resent at no additional cost to you.

Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by the customer recipient can be replaced at a cost of $5 for US letters and $7 for international letters. Please ensure the address is correct when ordering, or notify us in a timely manner if your address is changing. We require a three week advance notification of an address change.

Missing Products

Yes! We ship worldwide. If you're wanting tracking - the first letter can be tracked by purchasing a Collector's Box/Tin along with the story or the Deluxe edition.
