A storyletter is a narrative that must be told through letters, where the format itself is essential to the plot, tension, and reader experience—much like Dracula or The Color Purple.
When deciding which story to choose, picking a storyletter is no different than choosing a book—you look for the worlds, characters, and emotions that speak to you. The only difference is that instead of turning pages, you’ll open envelopes, experiencing the story piece by piece as it unfolds just for you.
But reading an Epistolary storyletter is different. You won't just receive a storyletter, you'll know why this tale is told through the letters.
Just as your favorite genre has tropes, so do our storyletters. The most important trope being why this story is coming through the mailbox.

Some stories are 12 months long and total 24 letters. Others are 6 months and 12 letters, and some are even shorter. We encourage you to read the details of each story to pick the best one for you.
In addition to the letters, each envelope includes additional artifacts to enhance the story, from posters to newspaper clippings, to audio-codes to puzzles.
Each story is individually purchase and does NOT automatically renew after the twelve-month period. When you're ready to begin another story adventure, you may purchase it at any time. And yes, you can have more than one story at once!
Yes, you may use the checkbox located on the product page to choose an estimated arrival date. We cannot guarantee the delivery of your letters on any specific date, but we will do our best to get close.
Letters are shipped within 1-3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days after shipment within the US (total transit time: 5–8 business days). International orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the letter has been shipped.

The first letter will ship via USPS Ground Advantage and enclosed in a protective sleeve. If you order a Collector's Box or Tin the first letter will be included inside the box.
It will be shipped within 1-3 business days with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days after shipment within the U.S. (total transit time: 5-8 business days).
International orders have an estimated delivery time of around 2-4 weeks after shipment. We may utilize other services to ship international orders. A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

Missing Letters
Your first letter will ship in 1-3 business days and delivery will be approximately 2-5 business days after that (5-8 business days in total). I will send USPS tracking information via email upon shipping.
International orders have an estimated delivery time of approximately 2-4 weeks after shipping. Letters are not tracked internationally. All other products will have a tracking number associated.
Remaining letters are sent via regular mail and are mailed on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. Please allow up to 2 weeks for US delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery.
Note: Please take into account any USPS holidays which may extend the date of your letters'/products' arrival.
If you haven't received your letters by the timeline above, I will resend your letter at no additional cost. Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by me or a USPS error will be resent at no additional cost to you.
Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by the customer recipient can be replaced at a cost of $5 for US letters and $7 for international letters. Please ensure the address is correct when ordering, or notify us in a timely manner if your address is changing. We require a three week advance notification of an address change.

We send our letters all over the world! To learn more about our latest prices and sales, please visit our website at www.epistolary.com. International shipping varies depending on your subscription and will be calculated in the final price.
Your first letter will be shipped in 1-3 business days, and have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the letter has been shipped.
Remaining letters will be sent via regular mail and generally mailed on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month. Delivery is within 6 weeks for international orders (no tracking available). Please find our mailing schedule date here.
Although this wait time may seem long, a letter is sent every 2nd and 4th Friday continuously afterwards, so letters will be arriving on a regular cycle about a few weeks apart.
